The training
in Estonia was organized in Hybrid format, to allow the Bosnian delegation to
participate online.
Unfortunately,
because the internal COVID-19 rules of the institution, connected with the
European regulation for non-Eu countries and with B&H regulation, they
wasn‘t able to participate in person, so the host organization organized when
possible the online connection.

day

Presentation
by the kindergarten staff to parents about the involvement of the kindergarten in
the development of the kindergarten through international cooperation.
2nd
day
Meeting
with the head of the kindergarten. Presentation of the preschool: mission,
story, activities, children and families.
Presentation
of the bi-cultural and bi-linguistic local context.
Visit to
the kindergarten. To be more comfortable the visit, the delegation was split in
2 groups for the guided visit and presentation of activities.
After the
visit, in small groups, participants had the possibility to stay in the classes
and to observe the activities in the kindergarten and the work of the teachers.
A typical
Estonian lunch was organized by the host organization, for all the group.
A meeting was
organized with a representative of the Narva City Municipality on the topic
"The Education System in Estonia". The meeting introduced the project
participants, project goals and tasks and discussed how the project results
could be presented in the activities of educational institutions in Narva:
pre-schools, schools, educational and vocational institutions, institutions of
higher education, hobby education and educational organizations (with online participation).
Host organization proposed a Team Building Activity, lied by the Estonian National
Dance Group „JunOst”. Participants got acquainted with Estonian folk traditions
and were able to know each others better, without the use the English language
(which is an obstacle for some participants).
3rd
day
Meeting
with the Narva College of University of Tartu. It was deepened analyzed the
education system in Estonia, and participants were involved in a Workshop (with
online participation).
Sharing of
the good practice by the teachers and managers of the host organization: the methodological
booklet for parents developed by staff of the kindergartner about adaptation:
"How to prepare your child to attending kindergarten and how to help him
adapt more easily?” This booklet can also be used by project partners in their
activities.
In the
afternoon was organized a guided tour to discover the town, its history, its
characteristic biculturalism.
4th
day
Visit to
the VitaTiim: it is a non-formal learning center, founded in
2008 in Narva. VitaTiim has the aim to create a supportive and inspiring
environment to empower young people to be the best versions of themselves,
discover their role in the global world and become flexible in the time of
constant changes (with
online participation).
